The proceeding of the meeting will be published as regular papers in Astronomische Nachrichten (Astronomical Notes - AN). Therefore all contributions will go through a refreeing process and only those publications will be accepted which will correspond to the scientific standards of the journal. Authors must make sure that the papers contain original results, not published before.

Since the number of available pages in the journal is rather limited, the imposed page limit for contributions is:

• 6 pages for invited review contributions
• 4 pages for contributions and posters

The absolute deadline for submitting the manuscript (in pdf format) is 15 March. Submissions received after 15 March date will not be considered. Accepted authors will be notified about the acceptance once the refereeing process is completed.
