Besides, karate is an effective self-defense form, it is a good method for physical education, and teaches us human values too. Our Sensei, László Csákvári, trains us in the spirit of Character, Effort, Sincerity, Self-control and Etiquette. At our shotokan karate trainings, you can work together with former selected karatekas, Hungarian champions and internationally successful black belts. Visitors and anyone interested is welcome.
László Csákvári started to learn karate in 1980. In 1985 he won his cap for the Hungarian Karate Selected Team as one of its youngest member. Between 1985-96 many times, he succeeded in winning places at hungarian and international competitions.
He's lecturer at ELTE Physical Education and Recreation Department from 1991 to 94, PE teacher at Diana Primary and Secondary School between 1992-2002. At present, László Csákvári has 6 Dans, he's the Chairman of the Coaching and Competition Committee of the A.J.K.A. Shotokan Karate Association of Hungary, Coach of the selected team and Deputy Chairman of the Training and Further Education Committee.

The "A.J.K.A.-I. - Hungary" Shotokan Karate-Do Association is a member of the American J.K.A. Karate Association - International. Several years ago, a nationwide karate instructor training program started, headed by Sensei László Sáfár, 9th dan. By now, it is the most successful program of its kind with over 100 black-belt participants. Currently there are over 150 black-belt karate masters, 35 karate clubs and about 2.500 practitioners of karate who belong to the A.J.K.A.-I. - Hungary.
